Dr. Bri

Dr. Brianne “Bri” Porter – PT, DPT, OCS

Owner

Brianne grew up in the small town of Fredonia, in southeast Kansas. She took an interest in the medical field at an early age and while in high school she discovered the power of physical therapy during her own rehabilitation. She graduated with honors from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2009. She then married her high school sweetheart in 2010 before attending physical therapy school at Wichita State University. She graduated from PT school with honors, receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013.

Brianne takes an individualized hands-on approach to treatment and enjoys the personal bond she is able form with her patients. She is an expert at treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions; specializing in orthopedic, post-operative, and post-concussion management. Her personal mission is to help patients achieve their individual functional goals and provide lasting pain relief through conservative intervention.

Brianne currently resides in Choctaw and loves the small town feel of this community. She and her husband, Nathaniel, have two children who bring much joy and excitement to their lives. She enjoys playing and watching almost any sport, especially the Oklahoma City Thunder!

Dr. Brandon

Dr. Brandon Lewelling – PT, DPT

Brandon grew up in Newalla, OK and graduated from Harrah High School. While playing sports throughout school, he dealt with a few injuries which lead him to discover his interest in physical therapy. Brandon received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and then went on to graduate in 2012 with his Doctorate of physical therapy.

Brandon enjoys creating individualized treatment plans that encompass manual therapy and creative exercise regimens to achieve the best outcome for each patient. Brandon loves working so close to where he grew up which allows him to care for many people that he knows. He is trained to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions; including orthopedic, post-operative, and sports rehabilitation.

Brandon currently resides in Newalla, just a few miles from where he grew up. He and his wife, Seirra, have two children who keep them busy daily. Brandon enjoys all sports, but especially his time out hunting and fishing. He looks forward to introducing his children to the great outdoors as they get older.

Sami

Sami Payne – PTA

Sami grew up in Harrah, OK and was introduced to the world of rehabilitation growing up as a competitive martial artist. During her own experience with physical therapy as a patient on a few different occasions, the passion for creating change with movement was born.

She graduated with her Bachelors degree from Oklahoma City University and then moved to Dallas, TX for a change in scenery and to pursue her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She graduated from Brightwood College in 2015 with her PTA degree and worked in Dallas for 2 years until deciding it was time to return home to Oklahoma. Sami’s approach to treating patients is to provide an easy-going atmosphere but to always keep the patient’s goals as the focus of their treatment.

She is skilled with creating individualized exercise programs for each patient by incorporating everyday movements and specializes in post-operative rehabilitation. Sami currently lives in Edmond with her husband, Anthony, and their three daughters . In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, baking cupcakes, and singing karaoke.

Holly

Holly Elliott – PTA

Holly is a sixth-generation resident of McLoud, OK and recently moved back home after her husband retired from the U.S. Air Force. Growing up in a tight-knit community instilled a great desire to help those around her and her interest in athletics developed her passion for physical therapy. She graduated with honors from Rose State College in 2012 and again with honors from Physical Therapy Assistant School at Oklahoma City Community College in 2015.

Holly understands that one size does not fit all when it comes to physical therapy. She works closely with her patients to understand their unique needs to ensure they experience the most benefit from their work together.

She and her husband, Brandon, have two sons. The entire family shares her passion for sports and know firsthand the value of physical therapy. When not working, you will find Holly and Brandon coaching their sons’ teams, enjoying the company of their extended family, and participating in church and community events.
